Temporary Cleaners Required

Temporary cleaning hours available until 12 December 2025:

1 x 38hrs per week cleaner (5 days)

1 x 8 hour per week cleaner (1 day)

If you are interested in these temporary hours at our school, please email a copy of your resume to our Business Manager Nicole Jolley - njoll4@eq.edu.au by Thursday 15th June. Hours include 2 shifts per day (hours range from 0500 - 0900 morning work then 1400 to 1800 afternoon work). Resumes may also be dropped into our school Administration Office. A Working with Children Blue Card and a Criminal History Check must be completed BEFORE employment commences. If further information is required, please phone our Administration Office on 4945 0121.

Term 2 school fees now due

A reminder that Term 2 school fees are now due. Payments can be made via QParents, Bpoint, and Qkr! Apps. Please contact our Accounts Receivable Officer, Tanya Chapman, to get a copy of your statement or if you have any queries regarding your student’s account. Term 3 fees will be due 17 July 2025.

Student Resource Scheme

Student Resource Scheme Term 2 instalments are now overdue. Failure to keep up to date with Student Resource Scheme fees may result in students being ineligible for any extra-curricular activities or borrowing any student resources required for subjects.

Payments can be made by EFTPOS, BPoint or the Qkr! app available for use on your electronic device. Parents who have not received an invoice or are experiencing financial hardship should contact our school Finance Department on 4945 0111 to discuss options available.

P&C Meeting

Join us for our next P&C Meeting to be held on Wednesday 21st May in our Administration Office Conference Room from 6pm. All welcome to attend.

Uniform donations wanted

Do you have any pre-loved school uniforms or out-grown black school shoes in good condition? We would greatly appreciate any donations to our second-hand uniform supply. Items can be dropped off at our Administration Office.

Whitsunday Transit new activity bus timetable

Whitsunday Transit have launched their After School Activities Bus. Please see the schedule below. Tickets are purchased via Whitsunday Transit and must be purchased prior to boarding the After School Activity Bus. Secure your child’s seat and support this great initiative to keep it rolling.
