Both students competed in individual and relay events for the Northern Team, with Tora a State finalist for her age division in the 100m Backstroke. Both students were joined by our Acting Deputy Principal Melanie Garibaldi as the team Manager and Teacher Kate Thomson as Chief Manager.

Congratulations to our Year 7 student Paeton Lorraway who was selected to represent the Northern Team at the Netball State Championships later this year.

Congratulations also to Liam Steen for making the North Queensland Basketball Trials, Jaylynn Matheson-Hone, Jamie Henderson and Reef Weller for making the Northern AFL Trials and Sarah Chilton for making the State Football Team.
