Our Year 12 cohort enjoyed the 'Choices' performance by Central Queensland University Conservatorium of Music students on Monday. The performance was held in our Performing Arts Centre and inspired our students to make sensible choices as they reach adulthood at a time when they often feel invincable.

Year 12 Senior Drama students bring plays to life

Our Year 12 Senior Drama students performed their first piece of internal assessment last week in the style of 'Theatre of the Absurd'. Students were inspired by works from Samuel Beckett's 'Endgame' and Harold Pinter's 'The Birthday Party' that leaves audience members thinking about ideas of existentialism and what could happen if human existence lacks meaning, or purpose and communication breaks down.

Deadly Choices underway for Term 1

Our Year 8 Deadly Choices students have enjoyed participating in our Healthy Lifestyle Program delivered by Chris Viti from the Mackay Hospital Health Unit.
