Assessment and NAPLAN preparation
We ask our Year 7 and 9 parents and carers to please ensure your child brings their CYOD or BYOD, fully charged, to school every day this week and next to all classes.
This will assist your child with their assessment tasks as well as preparation sessions for NAPLAN testing. We kindly ask students also bring with them plug-in headphones. Students will be provided headphones and a computer to use if they do not have access to a personal laptop for NAPLAN testing.NAPLAN will be held from Wednesday 12th March throught to Monday 24th March in our Resource Centre.
Help prepare your child for NAPLAN by attending the Twilight information session at 6pm on Thursday 6th March. In collaboration with P&Cs Queensland, the session will provide you with valuable information on NAPLAN and how it supports the learning progress of your child. Additionally, you will learn tips on supporting your child to do their best and how NAPLAN’s tailored test design will adapt to each student.
